Keep in mind, however, that you can't delete a group blog until all its members have left or have been removed.

Deleting your Tumblr account removes your primary blog and all secondary blogs. After deleting your Tumblr account, the user email address and blog URL you chose for the account will go back into the pool for reuse. You will find the delete option for your primary blog and Tumblr account in the "Manage Your Account and Blogs" screen accessible from the Tumblr Dashboard page. Think carefully before deleting your Tumblr account or an individual Tumblr blog.
