You can't delete Tumblr blogs or your Tumblr account from the Tumblr mobile app. You have to do it from Tumblr. If you don't want a presence on Tumblr anymore, you can delete your entire account and everything with it in a few simple steps. Select your Tumblr profile icon in the top right corner.

Keep in mind, however, that you can't delete a group blog until all its members have left or have been removed.
Deleting your Tumblr account removes your primary blog and all secondary blogs. After deleting your Tumblr account, the user email address and blog URL you chose for the account will go back into the pool for reuse. You will find the delete option for your primary blog and Tumblr account in the "Manage Your Account and Blogs" screen accessible from the Tumblr Dashboard page.
